Trading education is built on shared ideas.
No trader develops a methodology in isolation, and I am no different. What I use today is the result of learning from books, mentors, courses, videos, communities, my own testing, and thousands of hours of screen time.
If parts of what I teach sound familiar, that’s because they probably are.
Influences & foundations
The concept of trading from Zones rather than exact prices has existed for many years.
Supply and demand methodologies, widely taught by educators such as Sam Seiden, helped many retail traders begin thinking in terms of imbalance and institutional participation.
My framework also draws heavily from the market structure model organised and popularised by Michael Huddleston.
Ideas such as:
- Break of Structure (BOS)
- Change of Character (CHoCH)
- displacement
- returns to the origin of moves
form a meaningful part of how I analyse charts.
Learning in the real world
I’m a visual learner.
Many late nights were spent on YouTube absorbing material from social educators like AMN Trades, Dave Teaches, The Creative Trader, Justin Bennett and many more.
You’ll find elements of their thinking woven into how I see markets, manage risk, and simplify execution.
What makes this different
This is not a reproduction of anyone else’s model.
What you’ll find on this site is my attempt to:
- Simplify complex ideas
- Remove unnecessary theory
- Build repeatable execution rules
- Match risk to my personality
- Focus on consistency over brilliance
It is an applied framework shaped by my own experience, mistakes, and ongoing learning.
An evolving process
My understanding of markets continues to develop.
As I study, test, and gather data, the way I define zones, entries, targets, and risk will evolve. What you see documented here reflects my current best interpretation, not a final answer.
Respect where it’s due
I am grateful to the traders and educators who openly share their knowledge.
Without them, I wouldn’t have a foundation to build on.
If my work encourages you to explore their material further, that’s a good thing.
A final note
I’m not a guru (read About Me)
I’m a student of Trading, documenting what currently makes sense to me, applying it with discipline, and refining it through data and experience.
If it helps you shorten your learning curve, that’s a bonus.
Trade well. Stay ordinary.
